-to-shine equalizer women?s self defense course gain the tools you need to survive and escape physically violent situations should you ever be attacked at the equalizer women?s self-defense courses. the baton rouge police department is offering four free classes on tuesdays and thursdays february 20, 22, 27, and march 1 from 6-10 p.m. to teach women, ages 13 and up, how to recognize and avoid violent situations. you must attend all four courses. classes will take place in the training facility located off of airline highway. dress comfortable and bring a snack and drink. ?
