benefit concert nicole lin, a fifth grade pianist at baton rouge center for visual and performing arts, performed chopin?s waltz in a minor at manship theatre at the shaw center for the arts for the ebrpss music in our schools concert. students
and teachers in both traditional and talented programs in east baton rouge parish schools performed a wide range of individual and group numbers of instruments, singing, and dance while superintendent warren drake delighted the audience as emcee. st. theresa middle school?s lion king jr. st. theresa middle students recently roared across the stage in lion king jr. the performance included students in fourth through eighth grade. canon hunt played heroic simba, alanna linton portrayed nala, connor adams scowled as scar, emma durnin reigned as sarabi, and mary marchand led as mufasa. may 2016 | brparents.com 37
