cows
. the new way of breeding means less problems, better life - and higher income. t he albini family had a traditional ital- ian holstein herd dominated by north american genetics. but too many prob- lems with fertility, health and hoofs made them look for better alternatives. they chose the pro- cross 3-way cross breeding system that is based on vikingred, montbeliarde and hol- stein. vikinggenetics has been breeding for health, fertility and high production/compo- nents for decades, so it is obvious to use vikingholstein in the procross program. fiorenzo albini with three rakuuna daughters. fiorenzo albini with procross calves. 10 vikingnews | december 2015
